Terms, Privacy & Refunds

These terms apply to Prevue, the market analysis dashboard operated by AP Futures ("we," "us") at prevuetrading.com. By subscribing to or using Prevue, you agree to them.

1. Not Financial Advice

Reports are generated by automated analysis of publicly available market information. We make no guarantee that any bias, score, level, or other output is accurate, complete, or profitable. Past commentary is not indicative of future results.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Prevue is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Prices may change for new billing periods; active subscribers will be notified before any price change affects them.
• Promotional or affiliate discount codes apply as described at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You can cancel anytime from the dashboard via Manage Plan, which opens your Stripe billing portal.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges occur.
• Payments already made are non-refundable, including partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it.

4. Accounts & Acceptable Use

• Your account is for your personal use. Sharing login credentials, reselling, or redistributing Prevue reports or data is not permitted.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use automated scraping.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliate codes and commissions are offered at our discretion under terms agreed with each affiliate. We may modify or end the program, or revoke codes that are misused, at any time.

6. Privacy

• What we collect: your email address (for your account and sign-in emails) and basic, anonymized site analytics (page views, referrers, device type).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe under their privacy policy. We store no card numbers.
• Emails: sign-in and account emails are delivered via Resend. We don't sell or share your email with third parties, and we don't send marketing email without your consent.
• Cookies: we use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Deletion: to delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Prevue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for trading losses or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of Prevue after changes means you accept them.
